Refund Policy

Laleh Design Jewellery does not accept refunds unless necessitated by unusual circumstances. Products are committed to the high quality and integrity of our pieces. As such, a piece may be refunded within 14 days if it is found to be defective and non-repairable as determined by a Laleh Design team member.

Repair Policy

Repairs will be accepted within 14 days of your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipments would only be accepted across Canada. The Shipping Fee for BC will be free and for the rest of Canada will be charged for CAD $14.00.
